We use this meeting to get to know one another and opportunity for you to ask questions about my experience and how best my skills can support you (and your partner). |
Once we have signed the agreement and discussed our terms we can continue to build a rapport and understanding your birth options.

2 antenatal sessions
During the first meeting we can create your birth plan. I have lots of information regarding options for water, home and hospital births, pain relief, physiological third stage, inductions, medical procedures and caesarians.
In the second meeting we can discuss labour positions, effective breathing for each stage and helpful massage techniques which your partner is encouraged to be involved with. |

On-call
From your 38th week of pregnancy when you think labour may have begun, you can phone me for advice or assistance.
During this time I do not book events which I cannot leave at a moments notice,
I ensure my car is full of petrol and I don't go more than 1 hour away from my home so I am always close by.
If you think you may go into labour before your 38th week we can discuss extended time. |
During Labour
Once I have joined you in established labour and you are in the place you wish to give birth (home or hospital)
I take my role as your Birth Doula. |
My unique selling point!
I use my skills as a massage and reflexology therapist to support your labour with physical support and I bring some aromatherapy oils that I use for sickness, and stimulating and effective labour.
Please note I am not a qualified aromatehrapist and use aromatherapy only at your discretion.

After Labour
A postnatal home visit to include help feeding your baby or some one to talk to. I also bring a birth record as a keepsake. |
A Gift certificate for £5 off any baby massage or colic/wind support session which can be booked up to 3 months after your baby's birth.
