To a baby, touch is talk. Touch is their
first means of contact and communication from birth
and therefore massage is the most effect way to communicate
your love and trust to them.
Touch is important for growth, and
for developing understanding. The bond that develops
between parent and baby is vital to life.
Touch is the simplest and most effective way for parents
to encourage their child's growth and development, alleviate
birth trauma and other early child anxieties.
Massage movements encourage circulation,
nutrients and proteins to be carried around their body
effectively and therefore strengthening the immune system,
digestion and all other systems. Babies can develop
faster and master hand-eye co-ordination with your help
and encouragement from these classes. You can give your baby flexibility, strong muscles and great posture with these massage techniques!
Massage classes introduce early confidence and relaxation
in holding and handling your baby. They are an ideal
opportunity for fathers become more involved with their
child. Dad's can help their children to grow and develop
into strong, healthy children with this simple massage
routine.
