Welcome to Mind Body and Sole from Louise Prince!

I am based near Berkshire and Buckinghamshire in Maidenhead UK

Complementary Therapies are fast becoming the natural alternative to antibiotics and drugs. Natural therapies are in my belief, the best way to achieve a healthier, happier life. Holistic therapies (treating the whole person, not just their condition) can help to prevent illness, promote health and induce relaxation for babies, infants, children and adults.

Hi! I'm Louise.

I have an NNEB nanny qualification and experience with babies, toddlers, triplets and a senior nursery nurse.

Having been in holistic therapy training since May 2001, I decided to finish being a part time nanny in Easter 2006 and threw myself into the deep end as a full time holistic therapist!

I really enjoy helping people to feel better and get real satisfaction in my holistic work every day.

I specialise in maternity therapies
like Maternity Reflexology, Prenatal/Postnatal Massage and Baby Massage and Massage Doula. I enjoy giving clients a full range of therapies for boosting fertility in sub-fertile and infertile couples, working with them throughout their pregnancy, being there at the birth of their babies and teaching them how to massage their children!

I am an experienced Holistic Therapist and am fully qualified, registered and insured.

Through my website I hope to give you an idea about the benefits of holistic care. I have provided information about the therapies that I use to promote health and well being.

You can contact me on Louise@mindbodyandsole.com or call me on 07711-938856
